OUR SERVICES
The ServSafe Manager Certification must be provided to you under the supervision of a registered ServSafe Proctor (that's my cue)... and that's where Hero Testing comes to the rescue. We are 100% independent and don't charge you for extras, just for our time. Payment is due when you schedule your exam. If you need to reschedule or cancel you must do so before 24hrs to avoid the cancellation fee.
ONLINE EXAM
Enjoy the advances in technology with a computerized test.
Create your account with ServSafe® online and set up your profile to take the exam and collect your results. Once you take the exam it can be immediately graded by us and receive your certificate via ServSafe® online the same day!
WRITTEN EXAM
Let's do it old-school and don't forget to bring your pencils.
If you wish to take a written exam using the test booklet and answer sheet, you must schedule the exam no less than 10 days prior to the exam date to arrange for the materials and any special requirements. Once the test is taken, your answers are submitted for grading and scores sent via email. If you provided your email address, the Association will send you an email notifying you
that your score is ready to be viewed online at www.ServSafe.com. You will also need your Exam Session Number to view your score.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Do you have a disability and need accommodations for the exam?
First: You must submit an exam accommodation request to ServSafe. Please be sure to notify your proctor of your exam accommodation request prior to scheduling your exam date so they can be prepared to make the accommodation. If, at the time of the exam your request has not been pre-approved by the Association, you can either choose to postpone the exam to another date OR take the exam without the requested accommodation.
